These terms govern your use of Donation Core, operated by Auckland Evangelical Church Trust ("we", "us", "our"). By using Donation Core, you agree to these terms.
Donation Core is a data integration platform that connects your Xero accounting data with destination systems such as Rock, Fluro, and MPDX. We provide automated syncing of donation records, donor accounts, and designation accounts between your authorized systems.
Donation Core accesses your data through authorized OAuth connections. You may revoke access at any time through your Xero account settings or by contacting us. We sync data based on the configuration you set up, and we are not responsible for how destination systems process data once it has been delivered.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party APIs (Xero, Rock, Fluro, MPDX) that are outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance or known outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Auckland Evangelical Church Trust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Donation Core. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the use of the service at any time. Upon termination, we will cease syncing your data. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
